Mastering Projects

Your projects are automatically mastered after saving by default. We process all individual tracks as a whole, which includes adding limiters, compressors, and equalizers to the exported song file.

We're aiming to achieve a better overall sound, with a good volume level that is not too far from music industry standard.

At the moment, you can now choose your Mastering styles or presets.

Choose your Mastering Styles by clicking the Export button on the upper right side of the studio, then click "Edit".

Note: Some Mastering Styles Sub Boost, Punchy, Louder, Cranked, Cassette are for paid Music Production, Vocals & Songwriting and Production & Vocals subscription.

Want to master your song yourself?

Toggle the switch to Turn off Auto Mastering.

Log in to Soundtrap and click the Support button at the bottom right corner of the page.
