If you're a Soundtrap Sound Starter, Music Production, Vocals & Songwriting, or Production & Vocals subscriber, you can always switch to the free account. To do that you have to cancel your subscription.
You will still be able to use Soundtrap but with a limited amount of loops and instruments. However, if you've made the choice to delete your account, first cancel your subscription.
After you're done, contact us through the "Support" button at the bottom right corner of the page (on Soundtrap) and ask us to delete your account.
Note: Deleting your account will remove all of your recorded material.

If you have a free account, nothing will force any transaction, only if you've purchased or authorized one yourself.

Reactivate
Once your account is deleted you have 7 days to change your mind and reactivate the account again. Contact us through the "Support" button to reactivate your account.
Once those 7 days have passed, the account will be gone forever.

Hello, can you please delete my free account? I created it such a long time ago but I never really did much with it, so I want to get rid of it for good.
