How do I delete my account using the Soundtrap App?

Got a free account?

To delete your free account, follow the steps below:

1. Tap the ( ☰ ) icon on the upper left corner of the app.
2. Tap your profile icon on the bottom, then head to Profile settings.
3. Tap Delete account on the bottom, then confirm.

Got a subscription?

If you're a Soundtrap Sound Starter, Music Production, Vocals & Songwriting or Production & Vocals subscriber, you can always switch to the free account to stop paying. To do that, you can cancel your subscription.

You will still be able to use Soundtrap but with a limited amount of loops and instruments. However, if you've made the choice to delete your account, you can follow the steps below:

1. Tap the ( ☰ ) icon on the upper left corner of the app.
2. Tap your profile icon on the bottom, then head to Profile settings.
3. Tap Delete account on the bottom.
4. Cancel your subscription first if you haven't already.
   Note: If you paid through the App Store/Play Store, tap the cancellation link displayed.
5. Once your subscription has been canceled, tap Delete account then confirm.

If you're having issues canceling or deleting your account, log in to your Soundtrap account here and contact us through the "Support" button at the bottom right corner of the page.

Reactivate
Once your account is deleted you have 7 days to change your mind and reactivate the account again. Contact us through the "Support" button to reactivate your account.

Once those 7 days have passed, the account will be gone forever.
