We recommend accessing Soundtrap using the latest version of Google Chrome for better stability and compatibility. You can download it here.
You may test your credential by logging in to accounts.google.com and if your password doesn't work, you may reset your Google account password.
Once you have a working password, you may log in to Soundtrap.
If your credential works on account.google.com but can't log in to Soundtrap, try to log in using the incognito browser.
If you can log in to Soundtrap using incognito, kindly clear the browser's cache files.
If the issue persist after doing the steps above, you may try it using a different browser (Microsoft Edge, Safari, Brave...) to isolate the issue. If it works using a different browser, the Chrome browser will need to be reinstalled.
If it doesn't work using a different browser, restart the computer or device to install any pending updates and to stop any application on the background that is causing the issue.
