Messaging Support is available: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (2pm-11pm CET).

Here are a few simple steps:

1. Go to soundtrap.com and log in
2. Click the messaging widget in the bottom right corner 
3. Enter the details and a brief description of your concern, then click Send
