To change your EDU account name while on EDU trial (prior purchasing a subscription), you must be an EDU owner.
From your homepage, click Account Settings
Under Account details > click Edit name under Account details.
If you already have an EDU subscription and you need to edit your EDU account name or any billing/shipping information, please contact your Soundtrap account manager to request the changes.
Note: Changing the EDU account name is only available to the owner of the EDU account. If you are a teacher, please reach out to the owner of the EDU account and send them this support article for reference.
