How to create and share Group Assignments

Hello, Teachers! Ready to get your students collaborating and creating together on a Group Assignment within Soundtrap? It’s super easy and a lot of fun! Here's how you do it!

1. Create a new Group for the Assignment by going to Groups > Create Group

2. Decide which students should be the Group Leaders and add them to this Group by going to the User List > Select their name by clicking the checkbox > Click Edit Groups > Add to > Jazz Music Class 2026

3. Create and Share the Assignment with this Group 

4. Ask the Group Leaders to invite the classmates that should be part of the Group Assignment by following Invite users to collaborate on a project.

Once the classmates accept the invite, they are all set!
