How to trigger a sync with Google Sync

This article will guide you through how to trigger a sync to update seat allocation and users group membership. As the owner who set up the Google sync integration, you need to go through the setup steps to manually trigger a new sync. You only need to click "Next" on all steps until you’ve completed all the steps to trigger it.

Kindly check the steps below how to do it:

1.) In your Homepage Dashboard, click Account Settings > Sync Account.

2.) Tick all the relevant info you need to sync and click "Next".

3.) Click the dropdown actions for the users who will be removed, and updated. Then click "Next".

4.) Tick/toggle all of the right adjustments/actions, then click "Sync".
