How to manually add students or teachers to a Soundtrap group

This article will review how to add users to a Soundtrap group without sharing an invite code. If you are able to see the “Users” tab within your Soundtrap account, follow the steps below to add a singular user into a group or bulk enroll users into a group.

How to add users to a Soundtrap group:

1. Go to Users.
2. Find the users you want to add to a group. You can filter by role types and scroll to find the user(s) or you can type their name in the search bar. Click on the checkbox next to the user's name.
3. Click Edit Groups.
4. Hover the cursor to Add to.
5. Select which Soundtrap group you want to add the users to.
