How to add a co-teacher to Soundtrap for Education Assignments

We have some great news- there is now a way to add a co-teacher to your assignments! Please see the steps below:

1. The main teacher creates a Soundtrap Assignment by clicking on the "Create Assignment" button and creating a brand new assignment.
   
   
2. After the Assignment is created, then the main teacher clicks the "+" button to Invite the 2nd co-teacher to join the Assignment.
   NOTE: Must be in the same group.
   
   
3. The 2nd co-teacher accepts the invitation by clicking the “Accept all” button only.
   
   Important Note: Both the primary teacher and co-teacher should refresh their dashboards to confirm whether or not they've been successfully added to the Assignment as a collaborator. The assignment should have 2 collaborators on the Assignment. If the co-teacher is not added at the very start of the process, then the co-teacher will not be automatically added to any student copies of the assignment and must be manually invited to collaborate.
   
   
4. The teacher clicks the “Share Assignment” button and clicks on “Share link” followed by “Copy link”. The assignment link gets published in the LMS or shared with students.
   
   
5. The Students click on the Soundtrap assignment link and a student copy of the assignment is created when they save their work.
   
   
6. Now both the primary teacher and the co-teacher are automatically listed as collaborators on the student’s project and can see the student’s progress/work. 

This is true for the standalone product with no LMS integration and works with the Schoology integration. This process does not work for Music First Online Classroom, unfortunately.
