Technical requirements for Soundtrap for Education

In order to have a seamless experience using Soundtrap for Education, please ensure that the following are added to your school’s allow-list. It's important that you allow list by domain name in your firewall rules, not by IP addresses. The reason is that IP addresses sometimes change meanwhile domain names remain stable. 

NOTE: If you have an EDU account and are not an IT administrator for your school, please forward this article to your IT department so that the following can be added to your school’s allow-list.

When contacting Soundtrap support via email, make sure you allow list the domain @soundtrap.zendesk.com in your email configuration in order to receive our replies.
