Technical requirements for Soundtrap for Education

To ensure a seamless experience with Soundtrap for Education, please allow-list all of the following domains:

• schools.soundtrap.com

• schools.soundtrap.com/*

• freesound.org

• cdn.contentful.com

• resolver.confidence.dev

• *.soundtrap.com

Important: Please allow-list by domain name, not IP address. IP addresses may change, but domain names will remain the same.

NOTE: If you don’t want your School to access the Soundtrap consumer experience, make sure to block the following domain after allow-listing all domains above:

• www.soundtrap.com/*

Blocking this domain prevents students from accessing the consumer site and ensures they remain in the educational version.

Once configured, all users should access Soundtrap via their LMS or:
https://schools.soundtrap.com/edu

NOTE: If your School has an active EDU account connected to Canvas, you will need to reconfigure the integration according to the instructions outlined here.
