Subscribed through the Soundtrap website
- From your homepage, click the ellipsis button (⋯) next to your name
- Select Subscription
- Click Cancel subscription
Follow the steps and confirm cancellation.
After cancelling, your Subscription page will show the date your plan will expire.
Subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play
Apple App Store and Google Play manages your subscriptions and payments.
- If you've subscribed through Apple App Store, see Apple's instructions for cancellation.
- If you've subscribed through Google Play, see Google Play cancellation steps.
If you run into issues canceling through Apple or Google, contact their support directly for help.
Important notes
Free trial: If you cancel during the trial period, your account will immediately revert to the Free plan and you’ll lose access to paid features right away.
Monthly/annual subscription: If you cancel a paid plan, your account will revert to Free once the current billing period ends (on your subscription end date).
