You may upgrade your Classroom or School account, or increase your number of seats, at any time. However, downgrading of plans or decreasing the number of seats will not be possible until your next renewal period.
If you wish to upgrade your School account paid via invoice you can do so by going to this link. If you wish to upgrade your Classroom or School account paid online via credit card you can do so by clicking the three dots (⋯) in the upper left corner when being logged in > Click Subscription > Change Plan.
Please note that the amount takes into account both how much time is left on your current subscription and the price of the new one. Please visit our Pricing Pagefor more information.
If you upgrade to the District plan there may be a maintenance fee. In addition, certain LMS options may require you to delete your account and the associated work.

If you plan to downgrade from School or District to Classroom upon renewal, the most important actions you need to take are:
Remove any LMS connection you currently have connected to your EDU Account. Please do so by contacting support.
NOTE: When downgrading to Classroom it's only possible to purchase the subscription via Credit Card.
If you cancel your subscription, the subscription will expire the following year and you will not be charged. You will not be refunded for the time period between cancellation and expiration.
