Requesting an Invoice for a New Soundtrap for Education Subscription

To place an order and request an invoice, please complete all required fields in our Order Form.
Note: Invoices are only available for the School and District subscription plans. The Classroom plan is available for purchase by credit card or through one of our reseller partners.

When logged into your Soundtrap for Education trial, you can select "Buy Now" to get access to submit your order by invoice. Follow the steps below:

1. Log into your EDU account.
2. Click the 'Buy Now' button.
   
   
   
3. Choose the number of seats you wish to purchase by dragging the slider (the minimum amount of seats is 50).
   
   
   
4. Choose the "Pay by invoice" option.
   
   
   
5. Click the "Go to order form" link and enter the information needed.
   
   
   
6. We will be in contact to request any additional information that may be required to process your invoice. 
   
   

Invoice Payment Information

Once we receive the order details, we will begin processing your request. The invoice will be emailed to the designated invoice delivery contact(s) within 5 days after your order has been processed. 

• Please refer to the invoice for payment instructions. If you have any questions regarding an invoice, contact ar@soundtrap.com.
• Do not send any payments in advance. Detailed payment instructions will be included with your invoice. Note that invoices cannot be paid by credit card. For credit card purchases, please refer to the instructions here.
• To avoid any interruption to your services, please pay you invoice within 30 days of the invoice date.

Acceptable Payment Methods for Invoices:

• USA Customers: Bank wire transfer, ACH, or paper checks payable to Soundtrap US Inc.
  - Refer to the invoice for the designated check remittance address.
• Canada Customers: EFT, bank transfer, or paper check to Soundtrap AB (Canada)
• Sweden Customers: BG/PG to Soundtrap AB (Sweden)
• International Customers: International bank wire transfer to Soundtrap AB (Sweden)
