Soundtrap now supports MIDI on Safari. Follow the steps below on how to enable it.
Here's how:

Open https://triglavmodular.hu/mods/safari-webmidi/ in your Safari browser, and click DOWNLOAD

Open the download and move Web MIDI to your Applications folder

Open Web MIDI once, choose Open Safari Settings, and turn on Web MIDI for Soundtrap
