How to Use Stem Splitter in Soundtrap

Need to separate a single audio file into separate instrument and vocal tracks? Here's how:

Select your audio region by right clicking it or you can hover the mouse over the region and click on Edit.

Click Stem Splitter

You can choose two options to split your audio track into either 2 or 4 stems. 

• Option A (2 tracks): Vocals & Instruments
• Option B (4 tracks): Vocals, Drums, Bass, Others

Note: It can support audio up to 10 minutes long

Once you select, click Apply

Great! Your audio track is now split into stems. Here's how it looks when completed:

NOTE: This feature is only available on Production & Vocals Music Maker subscription plan. For EDU accounts, it’s available for Teachers and Owners only on District plan.
