Latency Calibration

With Soundtrap Latency Calibration, you can calibrate your mic to Soundtrap's settings within the studio. After successfully calibrating, new recordings will now align correctly with the beat.

1. Before recording, click on the instrument icon on your track to open the instrument panel. Click on Calibrate.
   
   
   
    
2. Select Latency Calibration.
   
   
   
    
3. Make sure to check your setup and follow the instruction before starting the calibration.
   
   
   
    
4. The system calculates the latency and calibrates it automatically. Click Done.
   
   
    

You are now ready to start recording.
