I need a refund…like today

So. I haven’t been able to pay for my subscription since Dec 23rd and today is my cousins birthday. My aunt e transferred me money to get her a gift and as soon as I got the money. Sound trap took it out. I have to meet her in a couple hours and have no job. After I get the refund I’m officially done with sound trap. I’m downloading all my songs n finding something else to use. Cuz this really pissed me off.
