Behringer studio pro disconnecting

My daughter has a Behringer studio setup with her windows 10 PC. Once drivers were installed it worked perfectly. It now randomly doesn’t work. When she try’s to add a track and selects guitar amp, then looks at the input choices there is no sound. Any one have a similar issue/ fix?

  Please try these initial troubleshooting steps:

  • Use Google Chrome to open Soundtrap for best compatibility and performance
  • Clear your browser's cache
  • Use the updated version of your browser
  • Try using a private/incognito window in Chrome

  Thanks for response that’s great advice. I deleted and re-downloaded the drivers for the interface and that has fixed it for the moment. I wonder if the turning off/ starting up is somehow affecting it?
