It will only let me put notes that are a full beat.

As said in the title above it wont let me change the length of the beat, dragging the length and changing the length in the bar up top does not work either, whether its 1/32 or 1/1 it still puts in a full beat.

  Change timing from "beat' to 'time' in settings
