What is priority mixing??

I am about to renew my annual suscription to Soundtrap supreme, but i noticed that the only two differences between premium and supreme are "HQ downloads" and "priority mixing". Could you explain me more about those two benefits more in deep, especially the priority mixing?? What is that?
