YOU HAVE CHARGED ME 96 EUROS FOR A SUBSCRIPTION THAT I DID NOT DO FOR A YEAR. IT CLEARLY PUT MONTH BY MONTH NOT A WHOLE YEAR OF AN APPLICATION THAT I AM NOT GOING TO USE. THANK YOU AND I WAIT FOR A RESPONSE TO THE EMAIL I ALREADY SENT
