Please give me a refund for the months I didn't use this website. I couldn't log in/access it and it's been charging $16 a month for almost a year. I just found out about the charges not to long ago and it's so stressful trying to figure out how to contact anyone/find out answers for questions I have. Please get back to me as soon as possible

  Hi Jethro I am in the same situation, I believe I only logged in a few times but was charged for 4 months, I am in financial hardship and would really appreciate the help in this matter.
