I've been using Soundtrap for quite a while now and even got the 30-day free trial, after the trial expired I was still able to access the premium loops, which I thought was weird but continued using those Soundtrap premium loops, I was able to access my account yesterday, but now, I can't for some unknown reason access my account, it says my account was "disabled." I was able to access it yesterday, but today, I'm not able to, is this happening to other people or just me? please activate my account, for I enjoyed making music with this and I don't really want to restart my songs. Please help me! I had to use another account to send this, please help.

  Hi NeptuneTheGreat, could you please tell me how you managed to get this fixed? I have been back and forth with the soundtrap support team and I still cannot get in. Please if you have any advice I would greatly appreciate it!
