Is anyone looking for a lyricist and/or are interested in helping me produce my songs?
Hi guys, my name is Sarah. I've written a bunch of songs and consider myself to be both a decent lyricist and singer. I understand only very basic music theory and play a little bit of piano, so I know how I want my songs to sound, but production is really just not my thing, so I would love to have someone to give my lyrics, voice, and chords to, as well as my vison for song structure, who could bring the practical aspects to life and produce a solid, well rounded track. Most of what I write is kind of soul-searching/spiritual in nature as I am a Christian, but it's a little more subdued and perhaps allegorical in a way that isn't like "Christian" music. Still other things I write are more Pop-y and slightly more fun than thought provoking. But anyways, I need help. We can just start with one song and see how we feel. Thank you! Hey, thanks for responding! That's awesome, I feel the same way. Yeah, the reason I suggested talking on instagram was that I'm pretty new to Soundtrap and don't have much to show for myself on the platform(I only have one chord progression for one song as of now), and so I wanted to share some basic phone recordings I have just to give you the gist of what I'm going for. However, just give me a couple days to throw some stuff together and then we can get started. Again, I'm a recording amateur, so bear with my general incompetence.
