"Allow microphone access" wont go away?

When I click on a track that has microphone/DI audio, it keeps saying "Allow microphone access" even though I have it enabled already, and it won't let me click out of it unless I exit the page or refresh the page. This just started recently and I'm unable to work on tracks because of this issue.

  i know this is from a year ago but did you ever resolve this? im having the same issue and id like to know how to fix it
