make "freeze tracks" persistent

When you freeze a track, then exit studio, the next time you go back into studio, you have to re-freeze the tracks -- a hassle since you can't (yet) freeze multiple tracks, but have to freeze them individually.

Please make freeze persistent across studio sessions -- when I go back into studio, I want all the tracks I froze in the last session to still be frozen.

  Plus the ability to freeze all, rather than the pc being overloaded and then freezing all.
