Problem with exporting song
Hello. I am experiencing some problems with the SoundTrap website. When I am trying to export my new song, it won't export. I have been trying for around 1 hour (50 times) and it still hasn't exported yet. Can somebody help me?
Thanks!!

None of these worked, I haven't been able to export my song. This is still an issue 10 months later, and people need to export songs. Without this, how will people be able to share their songs and tell others about this wonderful DAW. People will stop using the site if the most basic feature is not available.

None of the support responses work, none of the support suggestions here work. Ive used premium for about 6 months now and have canceled due to this issue. i cannot export anything now i will be moving to another editor, and i will NOT be recommending to any of my friends and family. (ive gotten 7 people to sign up for premium now, 4 have had this issue and canceled) and i will be telling anyone asking for software recommendations to STAY AWAY from this one, until this issue is resolved!!

Hello, thank you for updating us.
Our team is aware of the issue and currently working to fix it as soon as possible. We'll get back to you once we have an update on the matter.
In line with this, we apologize for the availability issues you’ve experienced over the past few days. You can see our System Status here at all times.
While we're sorting things out, we've added a temporary feature that allows you to directly download the project from the Studio. Under File, select "Download mix (beta)"
Thank you in advance for understanding and extending your patience. -
Hello @That One Gamer, thank you for reaching out!
The "Download mix (beta)" is no longer available as it was only a temporary fix. To remedy your export/download issue, kindly try the following:
A. Project Duplicate.
Open the project and head to "Save as.." (2) under the File menu (1). (This is also super useful for alternative versions, or backups when you go wild with experimentation.)
(1) File menu - Save as..
(2) Save as... dialog
Then try exporting again.B. Tweak the project to trigger mixing
To retrigger the mixing of your project, make very slight changes to the project(s) such as adjusting a volume knob, truncating/extending a quiet section of a region, etc.
Let us know how it goes :) -
I am still facing this issue and cannot export my files. I have tried all the troubleshooting methods above but none worked. Every time when I start to make a track, I spent hours and hours to make them just to find that I cannot export them. Then I'll have to switch to Wevideo or something.

Hey guys!
I have this problem too. I ended up using Audacity and just re-routed the input to my computer's internal speakers.
Audacity is free, and you can download it online. The best part is, you can continue to edit in soundtrap and you won't sacrifice sound quality.
So after you download Audacity, click "view" from the drop-down menu, hover over toolbars and choose "device toolbar". A few drop-down menus will appear. If you're using Windows, choose Windows WASAPI from the drop-down all the way to the left. Then, in the drop-down directly to the right of that one, choose "speakers ... (loopback)". If you're using something else, you may have to Google this part or play around. I believe in you!
Now, click record (a new track will automatically appear) and then hit play on your audio file in Soundtrap! I like to play from the homepage in case of lag. Good luck! Hopefully that helps and they don't take this down because I mentioned another program! Put this is a way to continue to use Soundtrap! I know it's a pain in the ass sometimes, but it's also a helpful tool when you need it! -
Solution!
I also have this issue but i did find a way around it. Using the 3 little dots on the tracks you can export WAV files of each individual track. And then ether create whole new file and try again or use them in another program and then export them as one file there. Hope this helps!

Thank you @shaylalewis1997 for the solution.
Save As
Save your project as different file name, just to be safe.Merge Tracks
a. Select all the tracks you need/want to Mix.
b. Then go to Menu > Settings > Merge tracks...Export as WAV
a. Menu on the individual Track, click the Three Dots Menu
b. Export as WAV (it will download to your computer)From there you might wanna use 'free online audio converter' to convert from WAV to MP3 etc.
Hope this helps, as well.
