Suddenly the vocals are being recorded too loud

Hi, I have been using Soundtrap (free version) for about a month now. I use it mostly to record my vocals (using a condenser mic with audio interface). I was able to record my vocals with very high quality so far but suddenly for last few days, the vocals are being recorded too loud (so much that they are clipping) while I have kept all my settings same. I had to reduce the gain on my mixer a lot (from 2 o'clock to 10 o'clock) to have the vocals recorded as previous but it has ruined the quality of my vocals completely. The reverb, volume and all other settings were perfect when the gain was 2 o'clock. Now I can barely hear my voice and the quality is also not good. Please help. (I am using a windows machine with Chrome browser).
