"Application Error"

Whenever i go to the soundtrap website in my main browser it says "Application error"

when i try to login to my account on incognito, a popup shows up and says 
"Error"

"Unhandled"

what is going on!?

  Just a few basic things to make troubleshooting easier:

  1. First things first, since I'm reading this 15 hours after you posted it: Are you still experiencing this issue?
  2. Could you share the browser and exact version you are using?
  3. Can you try with a different browser?
  4. Are you logging in through a provider such as Google or Facebook, or is your account registered directly with Soundtrap?
  5. Could you possibly share a screenshot of the error? Even if it doesn't say much more than "Error", it can be helpful to see how exactly the error is presented so as to pinpoint the exact component failing. Make sure not to include sensitive information
