Unable to Upload YouTube video even though I've cleared the cache and have fast enough internet.

I've been trying to post/upload a song for two days straight to YouTube, I've been able to upload it to Soundcloud but not to YouTube... I don't know what's going on and I'm unsure of what's wrong? 

I've cleared the cache, updated my browser, and did an internet test, so I don't know what's going on, because it loads and loads for hours on end, but never uploads.
