Change Melody?

I remember recently there was a "change melody" function. I can't seem to find it, was it deleted or is there a bug? Sorry for my English!

  Hello! Yes, we do have something similar. Hover over any MIDI region until you see "Edit", click it, and then pick "Generate melody":
