Orchestral Percussion

Hello All,

 

I have noticed a lack of orchestral percussion patches on Soundtrap. There is a great selection of kits and drum machines but I feel the software could benefit greatly from adding some orchestral/traditional ethnic percussive patches such as tympani, djembes, surdos, cowbells and taiko drums. Perhaps creating individual kits for Samba, classical, Taiko drums, west African or even misc percussion which contain a variety of samples within them would be an effective way to include a wider variety of percussive options for musicians and music students alike working on soundtrap. Thank you guys! Loving the software!

  Is there anywhere to see the queue of what gets prioritized out of these requests?

  I stumbled onto something that helped me with this problem. There are loops for things like Cabasa and Clave, but maybe not exactly what you want. When I auditioned the loop, I came to realize that the Drum Machine "Beanie" has a cabasa sound. It gets labelled as if it is a Hi Tom, but it is a cabasa.
