save error

I tried to save my song but got this error message: "Sync failed Converting object to an encodable object failed: NaN"  I don't know what to do to solve it and would like some help!

  I am having a similar error ("Sync Failed Stack Overflow") too, and so are many of my students. It is chronic. They are working and are then unable to save any of their work. It's happening across multiple devices, in the app and also on the web site via Chrome. Please advise.
