Is there a way to recover an account with songs on it?

I made a gmail account a few years ago that had a lot of my music on it and forgot the password to it.  I've tried google account recovery but that didn't work.  Is there a way to get to my old music, I'm trying to go on a nostalgia trip.   (and no the music was not public)
