Pre-delay tracks

Many of the instruments we have available have an inherent attack time, such as basically all of the better-sounding strings, the accordion, and many others for which quantization is not enough to properly line them up with the beat.

The problem this presents is that when creating a piece with these instruments is that they're not very pleasant to listen to when everything starts in at a different time. I get that we may simply move the track around with grid snap disabled until it fits, but for one is this not very precise and we can't reproduce the values in other pieces for the same instrument, for the other can't we modify notes anymore as the placement will be imprecise.

Other DAWs have a per-track pre-delay feature that allows us to start the track by a given amount of playback ticks in advance, in order to line the whole track up to the beat, all while keeping it completely aligned with the grid, so I'd like to request a similar feature for Soundtrap.
