Moderate chat feature for education subscription

2 features could be introduced: 

If commenting is turned on for Teachers and off for Students - it should allow teachers to send a one way message to pupils within their collaboration to give feedback and improve ease of access for classwork. 

Another feature could be if we have to turn the chat feature on to give feedback, we should be able to moderate the chat feature i.e. if a pupil messages another pupil we should be able to see what is being said etc. This is to improve online safety while allowing pupils to collaborate and discuss
