Delay and other Effects 'Quantized'

I love using the delay feature, but it can be unbelievably frustrating to try and get the delay effect to line up correctly in a song. Sometimes the delay is too fast, other times it's too slow. There needs to be a way to 'quantize' the delay and other effects (auto pan, flanger, tremolo).

  I've been missing this as well. Aligning a delay to a beat is very unsatisfactory. Basically, what we need is to be able to sync an effect envelope to the track BPM and then choose a subdivision, like for example quarter, eighth, sixteen triplet notes, etc. to further fit it onto the grid
