Importing audio and/or video from Zoom or Skype interview

I registered because Soundtrap advertised that it does the following - but I see no support instructions.
A)  How do you:
1) import audio and/or video from a Zoom or Skype interview (I have the mp3's) to
2) transcribe and edit according to the transcribed script, please?

B)  Also, how do you record 2 cameras separately to full-frame alternate between the two based on who's speaking, please? 

Both are common needs, yet are not explained in instructions, while they ought to be. At least address whether or not you enable the importing of externally recorded audio and video.

  Hello, thanks for sending in an email as well!

  Here's an article on how to import audio files and here's a guide on using the transcription tool. Soundtrap doesn't currently support video recording, but there's an option to do video calls with your collaborator. Please click here for more info.
