Problem logging in

Just went to log into Soundtrap and the message Error unhandled appears.

Now i cant log in at all.

Why?

  Hi! :) Thank you all for reaching out about this! We're aware of these login issues and are working on solving them. As a workaround for now, please untick the "Remember me"-box when logging in with email and password. You can read more about the status of this here. Hope this helps, thank you for your patience!

  I am also getting that message when I try to lob in.  I even tried logging in on my phone (not on school network).

  I have the same problem.  I was having problems loading the page the past couple days as well.

  I have the same issue. Cannot login on any device, laptop or phone.

  I was having this issue all morning too. Unchecking "Remember Me" on the login screen seemed to fix it for me somehow.

  Same, every time I log into my account it tells me "Unhandled".

  I've just run into the same problem. I'm using Soundtrap for Education. I get the "error unhandled" message when I try to sign in, and some of my students receive the same message. Other students are able to log in successfully. The problem has persisted for at least the past few hours, and possibly longer. I recently received a message about a new feature in Soundtrap for Education, so I wonder if the upgrade is the source of the problem. It would be helpful for Soundtrap's technical support to resolve or provide guidance about this issue as soon as possible. Thanks very much!
