Bluetooth Headphone and Microphone Latency Correction

Can you create a tool that measures and adjusts the latency and adjusts the recording to match the existing track.  I imagine it would be as easy as clicking a button on your computer screen, or playing a note, after a countdown so that the input and output can be aligned.
