    Please try the troubleshooting steps as these can fix most issues:
    • Use a Google Chrome to open Soundtrap for the best compatibility and performance
    • Clear your browser's cache
    • Update your browser
    • Open Soundtrap in a private/incognito window. 

    If you're using the app version, kindly try these instead: 
    • Close all other apps before using Soundtrap 
    • Clear your device's cache
    • Restart your device
    • Reinstall the app and make sure it's updated

    I am having the same problem. After the system shutdown on 3/9/21, my students are able to log in, but I cannot. I have tried all of the above troubleshooting tips several times, and still cannot get in. I have also sent emails to Soundtrap Support.

    Is there anything else I can try? Thank you
