Is there a way to disable the user list for teacher accounts so the teacher cannot see the pupil emails?

 

I.e. so only the account owners are able to see users email addresses etc - we don't have a LMS and therefore pupils and teachers and signing up using personal emails which we do not want them to have access to (safeguarding risk!)
