Unable to change podcast episode picture

I can only add picture for my podcast connected to spotify, the episode pic automatically becomes the podcast picture. I would like to add a separate picture for each episode, how should I do so?

  Did anyone figure out how to change the art for each episode? because I really need to change it :).
