Collaborations with Students

Hello,

 

I am an educator with Snohomish School District in Washington. My team and I have been trying to figure out how to start collaborations with students with no success. When I attempt to send an invite, I get an error message saying the student cannot receive invitations to collaborate. How do I resolve this?
