Issues with soundtrap.com

Hi everyone, 

We are currently experiencing some issues with the Soundtrap site [2.30 PM EDT]. 

We are are seeing "503" error messages in some cases and the site might be slow to load in others. 
This is affecting the Soundtrap app as well. 

Our tech team is working hard on trying to fix this as soon as possible. 

We truly apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. 

We will update this post as soon as we have more information.

  The site was working fine for an hour, then 502 and 504 messages for about 45 minutes and now it seems to be working again

  As a "mixing" (after "save") benchmark, I'm using:

  • Five Unmuted Tracks (2 Microphone / 3 MIDI)
  • Two Muted Tracks
  • Sixty-one Measures of 4/4 Time @ 100 bpm

  Begin: Friday, 10/9/2020 14:05 (EDT)

  Not Completed: 14:35 (EDT)

  Not Completed: 16:35 (EDT)

  Started Over With New Save: 15:05 (EDT)

  Completed: 15:07 (EDT)

  Hi!

  it keeps asking me to sign in.

  i have signed in about 250 times now, and i still cannot get to my studio.

  can you please see whats up with that?
