When two users edit at the same time, can both of their changes be saved

For example:
Bob and Alice both load the project at 9:00 and start working on their tracks.

Bob "Saves" his session at 9:05.
Alice "Saves" her session at 9:10.

Will the project now contain both of their changes?

  Yes, that's right, the project will contain both changes. Using the same example, if Bob created a track, and the changes Alice made was to delete Bob's track, the project would save both changes, which will result in Bob not seeing the track they made previously.

  Is it feasible to have 30-40 students adding tracks simultaneously? How quickly would a class of this size, adding tracks to the same project, be able to hear all tracks together?

  Hello, thanks for getting in touch!

  It really depends on the capacity of their machines and their internet connection. I can't say how quickly they'd be able to hear all the tracks together, but once a student successfully saves the changes they made, the other collaborators should be able to see it almost immediately.
