Hello, thanks for getting in touch!

If you're logged into your account (let's say your username is "account123"), and you look for the same account in Discover (account123), you won't be able to see it. However, you can rest assured that other people will be able to find your account, including all your public projects.

Hope this clears thing up :)

Thanks M.A. for clearing one point up. I still have no Discover option/link at all on Soundtrap web/desktop though - seems like it's only available via the mobile app - is that right?

    Hi!

Yes, you should be able to find the Discover tab here:

Can you please try these troubleshooting steps to see if it works:

If it still isn't visible on your end, let us know here in the Community, or kindly email our support team here, along with a screenshot of what you can see. This way, we'll be able to take a closer look at why this might be happening.

Let us know if there's anything else :)

Nope, you've taken "Discover" away according to one of your other posts:

    Unclear why??

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us about this!

Yes, we've recently removed this feature for our new users. We’re always looking for ways to improve our product and give you the best Soundtrap experience, and although we understand that you’ll miss these features, we hope that you’ll like our coming collaboration updates. If you’re willing to share, we’d love to know what you like the most with having a public profile and a Discover page.

Please note that you will still be able to collaborate with others and share your music publicly to other platforms once this change has been made.

Let us know if you have further questions :)

WOW. That really wasn't smart on you guys part. We already don't have many loops, isn't that enough torture? Someone wants to collab with me, but I cannot access their account. How am I gonna get a better perspective of their music?

Not to be rude, but that wasn't a 10 pointer on your part.

I agree with King Kaena, this was a bad move.

One of my favorite parts of using Soundtrap was discovering all the different kinds of music which people create on here, and I even discovered one of my favorite songs here using the Discover feature.

"we’re always looking for ways to improve our product and give you the best Soundtrap experience" and yet you remove a feature which had nothing wrong with it.

I hope you communicated with your users about this decision before making it, but I highly doubt that most users would want such a crucial feature removed.

They probably removed this feature because there are other apps and platforms out there that offer this for a subscription fee or paid services. We had too good of a thing for free so they took it away. If they ever come back with the discover feature it will probably be for paid users only e-e
