Signing up Students for a group who used soundtrap last year

I am trying to users to my classroom account. They keep getting a message saying that there is a problem logging in to the account....It says they can't seem to find an owner or admin of this educational account. It seems to be affecting the students who used soundtrap with me last year. I have contacted support but have not heard back. Any help would be so appreciated

  I have been having this problem too. It would be a huge help if I could be emailed further instructions on how to proceed.

  For anybody having the same issue, the best way to get this sorted out is to reach out to our support team by sending us an email here. Kindly include a list of affected students so we can investigate as soon as possible.

  I too am having these issues. My students and I did the extended trial this past spring and now returning student accounts get an error message when attempting to log in.
