Collaborator Issues

Hi All,

I have been having trouble with the collaborator functionality on soundtrap with my friend when trying to record episodes of our podcast. We are using the video call collaborate functionality to record the each episode, However the video collaboration call always ends just after 2 minutes kicking us out of the recording. Can any help or shed some light on this issue.

I have contacted support @ soundtrap and they have advised that we use an incognito window and clear browsing history in which we have done, but we have the same issue consistently.

any help would be appreciated.
